JERK Master Class
You host up to 7 of your friends and family and we will roll up with everything you need to learn the tricks to authentic JERK BBQ and artisan wood-fired pizza.

The Deal
Our ``Big Boy’’ has four bays, just enough space to host you and 7 of your closest friends. Minimum four people required for each class.
This is the perfect package for the novice griller, the rabid smokemaster or just one of your friends who likes to eat good barbeque and drink beer!
We’ll take you on a tour through our process and by the end you’ll have learned how we marry smoke with flames in a fiery union. (Our cooking is better than our jokes!)
We’re not done yet…this class runs about four hours so after we’ve put on your personalized selection of meats we’ll head over to our state-of-art wood fired pizza oven for some mad pizza tossing skills. Once you’ve tasted Dusty’s dough, you’ll be clamoring to make pizza for the family…no more ordering out!

As host, you’ll receive our island gratitude and a basket of our most popular items, including our locally famous (soon to be world famous) “Brown Bomber” artisanal pepper sauce, and our unique blend of seasonings.
All participants will receive a 20% discount on our seasonings, sauces and dough balls on purchases made during or at the end the event.
